Yochai Benkler, professor of law and co-director of Harvard University’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society, uses the case of the proposed SOPA legislation to examine how networks came together to increase awareness and put pressure on US Congress.

In his talk, Blueprint for Democratic Participation, Mr. Benkler explains how a series of events derailed the passing of the contentious bill last year. The talk was filmed at The Guardian Activate Summit 2012.
