By sheer chance, I’ve struck gold… in a manner of speaking.
I was looking for a file on an archive drive and quite accidentally stumbled on folder that had five files in it — part of the strand of DNA from which the Canadian podcast community emerged. These files capture the beginning of the Canadian Podcast Buffet and ultimately the Podcasters Across Borders conference:
- The show notes for the first two episodes of CPB (episode 1 was 051201, episode 2 was 051208);
- A spreadsheet used as part of a cleanup CanadaPodcasts.ca directory (lists all of the Canadian podcasts at the time);
- The banner image for the CPB website (at the time); and,
- The template letter Bob and I used to solicit promos for the show.
